A creative home for neurodivergent Creators, alternative thinkers, and collaborative experimentation.

House of Tríus is a growing creative project exploring how artists can share tools, ideas, and support to make work together.

Founded by Tríus Douglas, the project brings together performance, writing, sound, digital tools, and community collaboration.

At its heart, House of Tríus is built around a simple belief:

Different ways of living are a creative strength.

Many of the artists drawn to this space are neurodivergent or work in ways that don’t fit easily into traditional structures. House of Tríus exists to explore what becomes possible when those differences are supported rather than suppressed.

What becomes possible when Creators share ideas, resources, and support rather than working alone?

Wayfarer

You passed through. You paused. You looked around.

That already counts.

Financially, the wayfarer helps with:

The small but essential background costs — hosting, domains, tools, and the quiet machinery that keeps the project from disappearing when nobody is looking.

In kind, this looks like:

  • Sharing the project with people who might connect with it — on social media, in conversation, or in communities you’re part of.
  • Platforming the work — writing about it, including it in a newsletter, or recommending it to others.

Our token of thanks includes

  • 🗝 A Digital Key to the House — a piece of House of Tríus artwork, yours to keep and share.
  • 📋 Named in grant applications as a community supporter.
  • 🎟 Priority booking for future House of Tríus events.

Friend of the House

You didn’t just pass by — you stayed a bit longer.

That changes things.

Financially, a friend of the house tier helps with:

Not just the survival layer, but the working layer — development time, documentation, tool-building, and the invisible hours where structure actually gets made.

In other words: the part where ideas stop being ideas.

In kind, this looks like:

  • Time or labour on a specific piece of the project (writing, testing, research, production support)
  • Equipment or materials that would otherwise be out of reach
  • Practical help that shortens the distance between idea and execution.

Our token of thanks includes

Everything in Wayfarer, plus:

  • 🛠 Early access to tools as they launch — before the wider community.

Village Elder

You are now in the part of the structure where things become slightly permanent.

Not in a ceremonial way — in a this-project-would-not-exist-like-this-without-you way.

Financially, a village elder helps with:

Significant leaps — live events, venue costs, artist fees, or core infrastructure that shifts the project from “being built” into “operational reality”.

The difference between existing and actually happening.

In kind, this looks like:

  • Space or venue access — a rehearsal room, event space, studio, or meeting space the project could use for a workshop, performance, or development session.
  • Access to major equipment or resources that materially expands what the project can do
  • Sustained involvement in shaping a key part of the work

our token of thanks includes

Everything in Friend of the House, plus:

  • 🏛 Permanent Village Elder designation — a founding title that will not be available once the project matures.
  • 📜 Named in the House Archive — woven into the founding history of the project when it launches.
  • 📋 Named specifically as a Village Elder in grant applications and formal project documentation.
