Deposits & Payments
- 50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if no work has begun. A small admin fee may apply.
- Rush orders (48-hour turnaround) are non-refundable due to immediate commitment.
If You Cancel
- Before work starts: Full refund (minus any admin fees if paid in full).
- After work starts: No refund on deposit; partial refund possible on remaining balance.
- After delivery: No refunds.
- Rush orders: No refunds at any stage.
If I Cancel
- You’ll receive a full refund, including any deposit.
- I’ll do my best to refer you to someone trusted if needed.
Rescheduling
- You can reschedule once for free with at least 3 business days’ notice.
- Less than 3 days’ notice may incur a £40 rescheduling fee.
Edits & Scope Changes:
• Extra words: Proofreading Lite +£25/1k, Proofreading Plus +£35/1k, Line Edit +£45/1k, Copyedit +£50/1k.
• Additional revision round: +£60.
