Deposits & Payments

  • 50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if no work has begun. A small admin fee may apply.
  • Rush orders (48hr turnaround) are non-refundable due to immediate delivery timeline.

If You Cancel

  • Before work starts: Full refund (minus admin fee if paid in full).
  • After work begins: No refund on deposit; possible partial refund on the balance.
  • After delivery: No refunds.
  • Rush orders: No refunds at any stage.

If I Cancel

  • You’ll receive a full refund, including any deposit.
  • I’ll try to refer you to a trusted peer if needed.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule once for free with at least 3 business days’ notice.
  • Less than 3 days’ notice may incur a £40 rescheduling fee.

Edits & Scope Changes

  • Packages include 2 rounds of revisions.
  • Substantial new direction or scope expansion will be quoted separately.
