Pricing
Deposits & Payments
- 50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started or the date is locked in.
- Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if cancelled at least 48hr in advance and no prep has begun.
- Rush bookings (48hr turnaround) are non-refundable.
If You Cancel
- More than 48hr before a booked session: Deposit is retained, but any remaining balance that has been paid will be refunded.
- Less than 48hr notice or no-show: No refund.
- After delivery: Work is considered complete and not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If I Cancel
- Full refund (deposit + balance)
- I’ll do my best to refer another competent person if needed.
Edits / Documentation Changes
- For packs: 2 rounds of revisions included.
- Additional requests or late changes = new quote.
