Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Deposits & Payments

  • 50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if no work has begun. A small admin fee may apply.
  • Rush orders (48-hour turnaround) are non-refundable due to immediate commitment.

If You Cancel

  • Before work starts: Full refund (minus any admin fees if paid in full).
  • After work starts: No refund on deposit; partial refund possible on remaining balance.
  • After delivery: No refunds.
  • Rush orders: No refunds at any stage.

If I Cancel

  • You’ll receive a full refund, including any deposit.
  • I’ll do my best to refer you to someone trusted if needed.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule once for free with at least 3 business days’ notice.
  • Less than 3 days’ notice may incur a £40 rescheduling fee.

Edits & Scope Changes

Major changes or added requests after final sign-off will be quoted separately.

Packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions.
